How to Make Oreo Cheesecake

To make it, start by lining a springform pan with Oreo cookies along the outside. Then make the cheesecake filling in a mixing bowl:

  • Beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Add the sugar and beat until combined.
  • Beat in the eggs one by one until combined followed by the sour cream and vanilla.

Add this cheesecake mixture to the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffy.

You’ll want to let the cheesecake to cool in the pan for at least one hour after baking. Garnish with the optional raspberries and chill another hour until serving.

Before serving, carefully release the outside of the springform pan, taking care not to topple the oreo cookies.

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (2 bricks)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
